A regional chain wants to carry my hot sauces but pays 60 days after delivery. I must buy ingredients and packaging upfront. The order would be $14k. Are there ways to finance the gap, or should I decline and wait for more favorable terms?

I found a factory to make my insulated lunch totes, but the minimum order is 5,000 units, which would cost about $28k. I have no sales history. Is there a smart way to prove demand or negotiate a smaller first run without paying a big premium?

Our printing vendor has missed the agreed date on four of the last ten jobs, which delays our customers. They are cheaper than alternatives by about 15%. How do you decide when a supplier's lateness costs more than their discount?

I sell 40-pound bags of specialty soil and shipping eats close to a third of the price. Free shipping thresholds do not work, and customers resist paying freight. Would regional fulfillment, local pickup or larger bundles be a better approach?
